Terms and Conditions - MobileCierge

MobileCierge membership benefits are service benefits only, not financial benefits. All incidental expenses incurred for goods and services provided by third parties in conjunction with the provision, coordination, arrangement or conduction of MobileCierge services on behalf of the member are solely the responsibility of the member. MobileCierge is provided by Noelwerks, Inc., with its administrative office located at 4 West Las Olas Bolevard, Suite 900, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301. Membership services are extended to registered members only. Memberships are effective either monthly or annually beginning on the date of enrollment, and renew automatically.

You understand and acknowledge that the MobileCierge service may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time by Noelwerks. You further understand and acknowledge that any such change may occur without any notice to you, the user of the service. Your Service Commitment begins on the day of activation of your subscription to MobileCierge. All MobileCierge subscriptions, both monthly and annual subscriptions, are prepaid. You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the prepaid period and no refunds will be made. For services beyond the prepaid subscription, the renewal period, you may cancel your MobileCierge subscription at any time for any reason. In all cases, if you cancel the service you will remain responsible for service fees and charges incurred through the effective date of cancellation.
